Sunday January 9, 2022 – Order of Worship
Call to Worship
Beloved, God chooses us and calls us by name.
We belong to God.
Our lives have purpose because we belong to God.
We are called to be like Christ and follow him.
We will find joy, peace, and restoration through God’s amazing grace.
Let us worship God who claims us and loves us! Praise be to God!
Hymn – Praise to the Lord, the Almighy
Prayer of Adoration and Confession with Lord’s Prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy will be done in earth,
As it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
As we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
The power, and the glory,
For ever and ever.
Amen.
