Financial summary for 2025

St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church Financial summary for 2025

In 2025, our total income was $215,910.22 and our expenses were $205,918.47, allowing us to finish the year with a surplus of $9,928.47. This reflects thoughtful stewardship during a year of transition, including a period without a minister’s salary and a $60,000 withdrawal from the Presbyterian Church of Canada (our Trust Fund). While offerings and P.A.R. were lower than in previous years and without the fund withdrawal, we would have seen a $50,071.25 deficit. We are grateful for the resources available to us and for the faithfulness of this congregation. Unfortunately, we cannot continue to draw down the Trust Fund. As we look ahead, we invite those who are able, to prayerfully consider increasing their donations, so we can continue our ministry together with confidence and hope.

We need additional volunteers to help with the committee work of the church. Expenses coming up quickly are:

    • Replacement of the T10 fluorescent fixtures
    • Purchase a new lawn mower
    • Replace the road sign
    • Installing an exhaust hood over the kitchen stoves

During the last two years we have used government grants totaling $15,000 to improve our security systems.

The Finance and Operations committee thank you for your support as we move into a new chapter full of hope and faith.
